アガドンを紹介するハンター、今後のゲームであるDoom：The Dark AgesでMarauderを置き換えるという手ごわい新しい敵。 Marauderとは異なり、Agadonはアップグレードされたバージョンではなく、完全にユニークな敵です。複数のボスからインスピレーションを得ているアガドンは、Doom Slayerが狙った発射体をかわし、回避し、さらに偏向させる能力を持っています。プレイヤーはさまざまなコンボ攻撃に直面し、Sekiroで見られるメカニズムにうなずくSawtoothシールドの使用を必要とします。これはゲームの開発者に大きな影響を与えたShadows Dieです。 Agadonとの対立は、プレイヤーがゲーム全体で磨いたスキルの究極のテストになるように設計されており、最終的な試験として機能します。
