With the treasure map in hand, your next step is to locate the actual treasure. Descend from the lighthouse and head towards the nearby river. Follow the water northwards until you encounter a broken bridge, situated just northeast of the Old Pargrun Wall and the Western Pargrun Wall Beacon fast travel point.
Continue to the southern end of the structure and prepare to dive into the river bed. Swim westward until you find an opening that leads to a cave. Once inside, you'll reach solid ground where you can find a chest containing the treasure: the unique Wind and Wave shield.
