Baldur's Gate 3 mod has been updated. It added a “superboss” of level 27 and a sheep-killer
Trials of Tav - Reloaded, a substantial overhaul by modder Celerev, injects roguelike elements into the original Trials of Tav mod. This update significantly ramps up the challenge.
Key features include a host of new enemies, refined game balance, and a formidable level 27 superboss designed to push even veteran players to their limits. Conquering this behemoth is considered a true testament to skill.
The expansion goes beyond a single boss encounter; over 60 enemies from the base game, including rare adversaries like Nine-Fingers Keene and Killer Sheep, have been integrated. Gameplay mechanics have also been tweaked: trading has been rebalanced, and the difficulty curve adjusted to prevent new enemy abilities from becoming insurmountable hurdles.
Celerev extends their appreciation to Hippo0o, the creator of the original Trials of Tav, acknowledging their foundational work in establishing a robust and expandable game mode. For players who prefer the original experience, the classic Trials of Tav remains accessible.
