CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash Beginner's Guide to Master the Gameplay Mechanics

Welcome to CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash, a thrilling, fast-paced action game where skill is the key to victory. Set in a world ravaged by perpetual conflict, you take control of elite warriors known as Chasers, tasked with eliminating corrupted entities that threaten the realms' equilibrium. Unlike games with pay-to-win mechanics, CHASERS ensures that every character, weapon, and upgrade is earned purely through gameplay. This beginner's guide will break down the core gameplay mechanics and game modes to help new players advance more quickly. Let's dive in!

Understanding the Gameplay Mechanics of CHASERS

CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash is an enticing action RPG that immerses players in a dynamic 3D environment where they engage in intense, fast-paced combat. As you progress, you'll unlock a variety of characters, officially termed "Chasers," without relying on any gacha mechanics. The combat system, while standard for modern ARPGs, features unique ability executions. During battles, you'll notice two crucial bars at the bottom of your screen: the HP (Health Points) bar and the Energy bar. If your HP drops to zero, your Chaser is defeated and can no longer fight.

The Energy bar indicates your current energy level, which is consumed when using your Chaser's abilities. This energy regenerates over time or can be replenished faster by collecting Energy drones found in dungeons. Controls are managed via a virtual movement wheel on mobile devices, but for a more precise experience, you can play on a PC using BlueStacks with keyboard and mouse controls.

A standout feature is the "Elphis" magic system, which allows Chasers to unleash all their abilities without expending energy. This turbo mode lets you focus on devastating damage combos. When your Elphis bar is fully charged, it glows blue, signaling it's ready for activation. Each Chaser has unique active abilities with specific cooldowns, preventing reuse until the cooldown period ends. The ultimate ability, the most potent in a Chaser's arsenal, charges as you deal and take damage, glowing once ready.

Crafting your Team Formation in CHASERS

Strategic team composition is vital in CHASERS, offering players the chance to engage in deep strategy and theory crafting. You can deploy up to three unique Chasers in battle, manually selecting them or letting AI automatically fill slots with the most powerful Chasers based on their power level. An engaging aspect of the combat system is the ability to switch between Chasers at the press of a button, with all deployed Chasers visible on the right-hand side of the screen.

Leveling Up

Using accumulated Gold and experience materials of varying rarities, you can level up your Chasers. Each level increase boosts their base stats such as Attack, Defense, and Health. Chasers can be leveled up to a certain cap, after which they need to be advanced to further increase the level cap.

Skilling Up

Enhance your Chasers' active and passive abilities by using Rusty Bolt of Wave and Battle Data of different qualities. This not only increases the damage multiplier of skills but also shortens their cooldown periods.

Breakthrough

Achieving breakthroughs requires duplicate copies of the same Chaser, which can be purchased from the shop using premium currency. Each duplicate enhances current abilities, stats, or unlocks new abilities. Chasers can undergo breakthroughs up to six times.

For an enhanced gaming experience, play CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash on a larger PC or laptop screen using BlueStacks, and take advantage of keyboard and mouse controls for superior gameplay precision.
