To begin the "Under the Straw Hat" quest, you first need to initiate the side quest "In Vino Veritas," which is set in Kuttenberg. Upon arriving, locate Casper Rudolf on the west side of the city, where he's offering free wine samples. Casper is keen on improving his wine and needs your help to gather information.

You have two options to proceed: directly approach Havel with some wine knowledge or retrieve Casper's book from Adleta to gain more insight. If you choose to go straight to Havel, ensure you're dressed in fancy attire and clean. When conversing with Havel, select the responses "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It’s missing ginger" to extract the necessary information. Return to Casper and relay what you've learned.

Access the Vineyard

Casper then tasks you with infiltrating a vineyard north of Kuttenberg to gather more information about the incense Havel mentioned. Avoid trespassing by sticking to the main road and speaking with the recruiter at the vineyard entrance. This conversation will trigger the "Under the Straw Hat" quest in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Continue along the road past a guard into the estate area until you find Jerome on a bench. Inform Jerome that you've been instructed to report there, and he'll provide details about working at the vineyard.

Working at the Vineyard

Your vineyard job starts the following day. Return to the vineyard in the morning after resting at an inn or elsewhere. To earn your pay, you'll need to move sacks to their designated spots and pick Thistle plants around the vines. Alternatively, you can skip the work and head straight for the secret incense.

The incense is located in the wine cellar beneath the main building where you met Jerome. Access to this area is restricted, even for workers, so be cautious to avoid getting caught. Use a lockpick or steal the keys from Jerome to enter the cellar. Inside, find a chest and take all the Sulphur Wicks. Completing this action fulfills the main objective, but you can also collect seedlings for Casper to boost your reward. From the main building's entrance, quickly move to the door across the building to grab five seedlings, mindful that this is also trespassing.

If you decide to work, report to Jerome at the end of the day to collect your pay. Otherwise, return to Casper with the wicks and possibly the seedlings.

Upon completing these tasks, you will successfully finish both "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. You can then move on to other exciting side quests, such as "Master Schindel's Toys."
