1. Complete Ghost Town: This main job introduces Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car and subsequently assist in her revenge against Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose flirtatious dialogue options, culminating in suggesting a single room.

2. Complete Lightning Breaks: This mission involves bringing down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices here are less critical; focus on completing the objectives efficiently.

3. Complete Life During Wartime: During the confrontation with the Aldecaldos and Saul, defend Panam. After the mission, reply to Panam's message suggesting she return to settle things. Wait several in-game hours/days before proceeding.

4. Complete Riders of the Storm: Respond positively to Panam's request for help, choosing options that show support for her. During the escape, choose dialogue options that side with Panam against Saul. Select flirtatious dialogue options at the motel. Crucially, act quickly after this mission starts; failure to reach the Aldecaldos camp within 24 in-game hours can derail the romance.
