Honkai: Star Rail's "Eternal Holy City" Okhema: A Comprehensive Treasure Guide

Okhema, the first area unlocked in Amphoreus, comprises Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. This guide details the location of all treasures within this expansive map, unlocked via the latest Trailblaze Mission following the train attack. Characters like Herta (for chest highlighting) and Topaz (with Numby's guidance) are highly recommended for efficient treasure hunting.

Okhema boasts 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Golden Short Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. Blue markers indicate Golden Short Spears, purple denotes Spirithiefs, and yellow highlights Golden Scapegoats.

Kephale Plaza & Surrounding Areas:

1. From the Path of Parting Space Anchor, head north then east for a chest.
2. Near the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor, find a chest east of the rest area.
3. Southeast of the previous location, rewind a Golden Short Spear to reveal a chest.
4. A chest is located beside the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor.
5. North of the Space Anchor, find a Basic Treasure near some crates.
6. Further north, a chest is near a dinosaur statue.
7. Use the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor and head east to find a chest in Chartonus Smithy.
8. North of the smithy, find a Basic Treasure at the road's end.
9. West of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, break two shields to reveal a chest.
10. Solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle nearby.
11. North of the market, climb the right-hand steps for a Basic Treasure.
12. On the opposite side, break a shield and follow a Golden Short Spear to the second floor.
13. From the ritual fountain, follow the spear's path to a rooftop chest (a Spirithief will appear; use Oronyx to reclaim it).
14. Another chest is at the south end of the rooftop path.
15. Northwest of the previous chest is the final rooftop treasure.

Marmoreal Palace & Surrounding Areas:

16. From the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, head southeast to find a chest behind a breakable shield.
17. East of the Dromas Stop, solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
18. Follow the path to a bathing area; the chest is near a lounge chair.
19. Northeast, in a room with scrolls, find a chest near a cabinet.
20. In another bathing area (northeast), locate a chest beside a long table.
21. Northward, a chest is inside a room with a bard.
22. The Hall of Respite Space Anchor has a chest beside it.
23. Solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle on the opposite side of the room.
24. In your private chamber, find a Spirithief's chest on the balcony.
25. At the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, find a chest in the south part of the bathroom.
26. Another chest is in the water on the opposite side of the room.
27. Northeast of the previous location, find a chest near a Dromas in a pool.
28. Back at the Overflowing Bath Space Anchor, find a chest near a chair in the reception area.
29. Break a shield and follow a Golden Short Spear for another chest.
30. In the back room accessed via the spear, find a chest atop a box.
31. From the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, find a chest near a wall.
32. In the south massage room, find a Basic Treasure near the beds.
33. Solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle in the same room.
34. South of the massage room, find a chest in a storage room.
35. Northeast of the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, find a chest in a corridor.
36. North of the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, find a chest near a dinosaur.
37. Further north, find a chest near NPCs.
38. In a banquet area, find a chest beside a cushion.
39. Find a chest behind a breakable shield in a south room.
40. Behind the north elevator, find a hidden chest.
41. On the second floor (via elevator), find a chest near a Flying Amphora.
42. East of the Garden of Life Space Anchor, find a chest in a private room.
43. At the Hero’s Bath Space Anchor, find a submerged chest in the north pool.
44. Climb a swirling pillar and follow a Golden Short Spear to the final chest.
