Named Another Bout, this Symphony event collaborates with The King of Fighters and brings a plethora of new content to the game.
Who’s Appearing In Another Eden x The King Of Fighters?
The storyline kicks off with Aldo from Another Eden receiving a mysterious invitation that seems to have stepped right out of a retro arcade, challenging him to "Win the tournament, and save the world." This leads Aldo and his party into the world of The King of Fighters.
In this thrilling crossover, Aldo encounters legendary characters from the KOF series such as Terry Bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, Mai Shiranui, and Kula Diamond. The event features a branching storyline where players can battle alongside or against these iconic figures. Prove your mettle, and you can unlock these characters to use permanently in Another Eden, not just during the event.
To participate in this Symphony event, you need to complete Chapter 3 of the main story to unlock the prologue. By the time you reach Chapter 13, the entire event becomes accessible. Mark your calendars because the crossover event launches on August 22nd. Get a sneak peek with the trailer below:
What Are The Other New Things?
Another Bout introduces new combat mechanics inspired by The King of Fighters. Instead of the traditional skill-based battles, players can now select a team of three characters and engage in 1v1 matchups. The event also features command inputs that allow players to chain together moves for powerful Special Moves.
One of the highlights of this crossover is the meticulous recreation of KOF characters in the Another Eden style. Wright Flyer Studios has done an outstanding job ensuring these characters retain their original fluid and intense vibe while fitting seamlessly into the Another Eden world.
