FromSoftware has rolled out Elden Ring: Nightreign patch 1.01.2, addressing key issues with Nightlords, weapons, Guardian's Remembrance and other gameplay elements.

The update is now live across all platforms - PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4|5, and Xbox One|Series X|S. This follows last week's patch 1.01.1, the first post-launch update that notably improved single-player difficulty balance. Server maintenance was also performed to optimize online matchmaking.

The developers confirmed upcoming DLC will introduce new content through staggered implementation, starting with enhanced Nightlord battles later this month.

Amid discussions about the game's challenging single-player experience, the Nightreign director demonstrated its feasibility by defeating every boss without using Relics, emphasizing that "completing the game solo is absolutely achievable."
