This feature allows players to view all cutscenes featuring the character EVA in her underwear, with the ability to freely move and zoom the camera. To unlock this, players must collect all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, requiring four complete playthroughs of the game.

MGS Delta has been rated M for Mature by ESRB, reflecting its themes of violence and gore, as players take on the role of an elite soldier navigating enemy territory. In MGS3, changing camouflage required pausing the game, navigating through menus, and selecting the desired option, which disrupted the game's flow, particularly during stealth missions.
