ESRB Rating Reveals MGS Delta Peep Demo Theater's Return

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater's ESRB rating has unveiled the return of the Peep Demo Theater feature. Dive in to discover more about this feature and the enhancements to the game's camouflage system.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Returning and Improved Features
Peep Demo Theater Returns

The ESRB rating for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) confirms the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater, a feature originally from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater’s Subsistence and HD Collection versions. This feature allows players to view all cutscenes featuring the character EVA in her underwear, with the ability to freely move and zoom the camera. To unlock this, players must collect all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, requiring four complete playthroughs of the game.
MGS Delta has been rated M for Mature by ESRB, reflecting its themes of violence and gore, as players take on the role of an elite soldier navigating enemy territory. The return of the Peep Demo Theater, dubbed "Creepy mode" by some, was unexpected due to its controversial nature, yet it underscores the developers' commitment to faithfully recreating the original experience.
Faster Camouflage System
In a significant gameplay enhancement, MGS Delta introduces a faster camouflage system. A recent post from METAL GEAR OFFICIAL on Twitter (X) on March 28 showcased a video demonstrating this new feature. The post stated, "Change camouflage for faces, uniforms, and more on the fly with this new feature in METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER."
The footage revealed that players can now switch camouflage in under three seconds, a vast improvement from the original game's cumbersome process. In MGS3, changing camouflage required pausing the game, navigating through menus, and selecting the desired option, which disrupted the game's flow, particularly during stealth missions. This new feature enhances the game's pacing and immersion.
As the release date of August 26, 2025, approaches, fans are eagerly anticipating Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, promising both nostalgic elements and quality-of-life improvements for a better gameplay experience.
