The Animal Festival is an annual town event, similar to other seasonal celebrations in *Fields of Mistria*. Miss it one year? No worries, it returns annually! The festival begins on the 10th day of Winter, giving you plenty of time to prepare your animals.

How to Win the Animal Festival in Fields of Mistria

The main event lets you enter up to two animals—one small (chickens, ducks, rabbits, etc.) and one large (cows, alpacas, sheep, etc.). Remember, only fully grown adult animals are eligible.

Entering the Contest

Head to the festival grounds and speak to Josephine at the counter. She’ll guide you to the entry booths. She'll also offer valuable tips: a higher animal heart count significantly boosts your score (achieved through petting, feeding, and outdoor time), and rare coat colors give you an edge.

Enter your large animal with Terithia at the left booth and your small animal with Landen at the right. Once ready, tell Josephine you're ready for judging.

Animal Festival Prizes

A cutscene reveals the winners for both small and large animal categories. Winning against Hayden's Henrietta (chicken) and Sunshine (cow) earns you top prize! Your rewards depend on your placement.
