The eagerly awaited hero shooter, FragPunk, developed by Bad Guitar, is facing a delay in its console release due to unforeseen technical issues. Originally set to launch across all platforms on March 6, console gamers will now have to wait a bit longer for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. The studio announced this change just two days before the intended release, but they have promised to keep the community informed about a new release date as soon as it's available.

To ease the disappointment, Bad Guitar has confirmed that all players who pre-ordered FragPunk on consoles will be eligible for compensation. This includes the option for a full refund, as well as in-game bonuses such as credits and rewards from the first season, which will be accessible once the console versions finally hit the market.

On a brighter note, the PC version of FragPunk remains on track and is still scheduled to launch on March 6. PC gamers can look forward to diving into the action without any delays.
