The Mikawa Flower Festival is poised to be a memorable event for both humans and youkai. The festival not only celebrates the beauty of flowers but also sees the Raiden Shogun investigating a mysterious nightmare. Amidst this, you can immerse yourself in new minigames such as A Little Fox's Daydream and Bunshin Phantasm. By participating, you'll collect Festival Stamps, which you can trade for exclusive rewards, including the four-star polearm Tamayuratei no Ohanashi.

But the festivities aren't the only highlight of this update. Genshin Impact version 5.4 introduces a new five-star character, Yumemizuki Mizuki, an Anemo Catalyst user and a clinical psychologist with a significant stake in the Aisa Bathhouse.
