Genshin Impact Version 5.3 recently introduced Mavuika and Citlali, alongside the 4-star Lan Yan. But the excitement doesn't stop there! New leaks offer a glimpse into the future, revealing a lineup of upcoming 5-star characters slated for Versions 5.4 through 5.7.

The recent Special Program hinted at these characters, showcasing their silhouettes. A reliable leaker, DK2, has since identified these characters and their release order: Versions 5.7, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6, respectively. All four are confirmed as 5-star characters.

Mizuki: A 5-Star Anemo Catalyst User Arriving in Version 5.4

The spotlight shines on Mizuki, the second character revealed in the silhouette leak, and strongly indicated for Version 5.4. Beta testing confirms Mizuki's 5-star Anemo catalyst user status, hailing from Inazuma. This suggests a potential return to the popular Inazuma region in the main storyline, a pattern HoYoverse has followed in previous updates.

Mizuki's gameplay, as seen in beta footage, positions her as a support character excelling with high Elemental Mastery. Synergies with the newly released Mavuika (Pyro Archon) have also been noted. If released in the first banner phase of 5.4, players can anticipate Mizuki's arrival around mid-February. The current beta's lack of other 5-star characters further strengthens the likelihood of Mizuki being the sole 5-star addition in Version 5.4.
