Google Play Store may soon introduce a game-changing feature: automatic app launch upon download. This potential addition, discovered through an APK teardown, could eliminate the extra steps of locating and opening newly installed apps.

The Details:

According to Android Authority, the upcoming feature, tentatively named "App Auto Open," will offer users the convenience of automatically launching downloaded apps. This optional setting will provide users with a notification banner for approximately five seconds after a download completes; the notification may include a sound or vibration, ensuring you don't miss it.

Important Note: The information currently available is based on a Play Store APK teardown (version 41.4.19) and isn't official confirmation from Google. There's no confirmed release date yet. We'll update you as soon as official information becomes available.
