Even seventeen days later, the criticism persists. The announcement trailer proved highly divisive, garnering a significant number of dislikes on YouTube. On the official PlayStation channel, dislikes surpassed 260,000, dwarfing the 90,000 likes. The situation is similar on Naughty Dog's channel, where over 170,000 dislikes outweigh the 70,000 likes. Comments were disabled on the video in an attempt to de-escalate the situation, but the debate continues to rage across other social media platforms.
