Lee offered a professional response, explaining, "The short answer is: partially. The game includes a scenario where male and female Zois are together, typically in bed, with the goal of having children. How explicit is the depiction? That’s left to the player’s interpretation. What you see isn’t necessarily literal—you interpret the situation based on context. Is that clear? The feature exists, but perhaps not as explicitly as some might expect."

While details remain ambiguous, this confirms intimate interactions will appear in the game, though visuals and execution are moderated for broader accessibility. Challenges with Visual Censorship in inZOI

When players asked why Zois shower with towels on, developers explained that traditional blur effects clash with the game's visual style. Pixelated blurring suits cartoonish aesthetics like The Sims, but feels out of place in inZOI's realistic environment.

Tests revealed that applying pixelation to nude models felt more suggestive than simply covering characters with towels. A technical glitch also allowed players to see unedited reflections in mirrors, exposing completely nude Zois—a bug the team promptly resolved.
