Konami's developers have provided an update on the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura confirmed in a recent 4Gamer interview that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a refined, high-quality remake that meets fan expectations.

Okamura stated that the game is currently playable from start to finish, and the development team is now focused on polishing the details and enhancing the overall quality. While PlayStation previously speculated a 2024 release, the game is now officially targeted for launch next year. The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The remake aims to faithfully capture the essence of the original while incorporating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical enhancements, Okamura hinted at new features designed to elevate the gameplay experience.
