Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta: Cross-Play Confirmed, Launching Next Week!
Capcom's recent showcase unveiled exciting new details for Monster Hunter Wilds, including a cross-play open beta launching next week across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. PS Plus subscribers on PS5 enjoy early access, starting October 28th, while everyone else joins the hunt from October 31st to November 3rd.
Open Beta Access & Timing:
PS Plus members on PS5 gain a three-day head start. Pre-downloads begin October 27th (PS Plus) and October 30th (others). Ensure you have at least 18GB of free space.

Open Beta Content:
The beta features character creation (progress carries over!), a story trial (tutorial and Chatacabra fight), and a challenging Doshaguma hunt (supports multiplayer/NPC hunters). All beta participants receive exclusive in-game rewards (available as DLC upon full game release on February 28, 2025).
