Monument Valley 3 is making its return to Android! ustwo games has announced the upcoming release of The Garden of Life expansion on December 3rd, 2025. The game will also relaunch on Android and iOS platforms on the same day.

The expansion will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Steam. This also marks Monument Valley 3's return to Android and mobile devices, following its removal from Netflix's gaming library in July.

What's in The Garden of Life?

In Monument Valley 3, you guide Noor, a young apprentice, through a world of rising tides and fading light. Players manipulate gravity, reshape ancient structures, and solve immersive puzzles that blend artistic vision with architectural design.

The Garden of Life continues Noor's poetic journey through a realm of shifting architecture and delicate illusions. It expands the experience with new, serene environments—from peaceful temples and weathered ruins to vibrant, meaningful natural spaces that inspire calm.

This expansion introduces four new chapters filled with fresh puzzles. For the first time in the series, players can discover hidden optional puzzles, exploring a floating village with Boatem to uncover them all. Get a first look at the expansion in the video below!

Wasn't Monument Valley 3 Already Available on Android?

Yes, the game first launched via Netflix in December 2024. However, when Netflix removed over 20 titles from its service, the Monument Valley series was among them. Now, its standalone return to mobile, accompanied by the new expansion, represents a homecoming for the beloved series.

Upon release, the base game will be free-to-start with no advertisements. Players can experience the opening chapters before unlocking the full story, including The Garden of Life, with a single in-app purchase. Pre-registration is available now on the Google Play Store.
