Instead, Conan the Barbarian takes center stage, launching next week for premium edition owners. Today's gameplay trailer showcases the Cimmerian warrior in action.

Conan's gameplay reflects his classic portrayal: a powerful, albeit less agile, brawler. His attacks appear devastating, potentially offsetting his lack of speed with extended sword reach. Matchups against characters like General Shao, Omni-Man, and Homelander promise exciting clashes of fighting styles.

While visually reminiscent of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Conan's fatality lacks the spectacular flair of some other MK1 finishers. A relatively straightforward acid-drowning sequence might disappoint some, but his overall gameplay potential remains intriguing.
