The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered brings new life to one of Bethesda's landmark titles with enhanced visuals and refined gameplay mechanics. Yet, the team at Virtuos made a point to preserve one of the original's most cherished quirks: a famous voice acting blooper.

Veteran fans of the Elder Scrolls series will fondly remember Master Speechcraft trainer Tandilwe, a High Elf located in the Temple of the One within the Imperial City. When Oblivion first hit the shelves for PC and Xbox 360 over 19 years ago, Tandilwe's need for her own speech training became evident. Her now-iconic voice line, featuring actress Linda Kenyon's unintended second take, has been a beloved Easter egg among the community.

As players embarked on their journey through a revitalized Cyrodiil upon the remaster's release, many were eager to see how true to the original this ground-up reimagining would be. Tandilwe’s hilarious blooper, complete with the absence of subtitles, has returned, much to the joy of the community.

In a 2019 interview with YouTube's Jake 'The Voice' Parr, Linda Kenyon, upon learning about the infamous blooper, humorously remarked, "It wasn't my fault!"
