LE SSERAFIM Returns to Overwatch 2 With New Skins, Emotes, and In-Game Challenges

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Coming This March 18, 2025

Overwatch 2 is thrilled to announce its second collaboration with the popular K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM, aligning with the release of their new album "Hot." This exciting event, kicking off on March 18, 2025, will introduce a range of new skins, emotes, and in-game challenges for fans to enjoy. Following the success of their first collaboration in November 2023, which celebrated LE SSERAFIM's song "Perfect Night," this new event promises to bring even more excitement. The collaboration was confirmed via a trailer released on Twitter (X) on March 11, 2025, and was first hinted at during the Overwatch 2 Spotlight on February 12.

New skins will be available for heroes such as Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari, adding fresh looks to your favorite characters. Additionally, recolored skins from the 2023 collab will be up for grabs, including LE SSERAFIM versions of Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte.

While the Concert Clash mode from the previous event won't return, players can still look forward to engaging in-game challenges. Completing these challenges will reward players with the Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin, adding a coveted item to their collection.

Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights with Polygon on March 11 about the upcoming event. "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that’s celebrating their new album," Denett stated. She further explained, "While we don’t have a new song that’s specific to Overwatch, we had to celebrate K-pop culture, so we made a visualizer for one of the new songs off their album that we’re pretty excited about and a lot of extensive cosmetics for this collaboration."
