On February 1, 2025, from 2 pm to 5 pm local time, the game will introduce the much-anticipated Gigantamax Kingler during the Max Battle Day event. This Water-type Pokemon will be available for the first time in six-star Max Battles, offering players a chance to encounter its shiny variant. To enhance your team's performance, you can utilize Max Mushrooms, a unique item that temporarily boosts the damage dealt by Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokemon during these battles.

The Max Battle Day event is packed with bonuses to enrich your gaming experience. During the event, the Max Particle collection limit will be increased to 1600, essential for participating in Max Battles. All Power Spots will be transformed into venues for Gigantamax Battles, refreshing more frequently and yielding eight times more Max Particles. From 1 pm to 5 pm on February 1, players will benefit from double Max Particles when exploring and only need to travel a quarter of the usual distance to earn these valuable resources.

For those looking to maximize their event experience, a new $5 ticket will be available, offering 1 Max Mushroom, 25000 XP, double XP from Max Battles, and an increased Max Particle collection limit of 5600.
