What is Group Ironman Mode?

This new mode retains the core restrictions of the classic Ironman mode—no Grand Exchange, no handouts, and no XP boosts—but allows for collaborative gameplay within your group. You’ll rely on each other for resource gathering, crafting, skill development, and conquering challenging foes. Enjoy designated minigames, Distractions and Diversions, and exclusive content designed specifically for Group Ironman teams. Your group will also have access to a new island base: the Iron Enclave.

For the truly competitive, RuneScape also introduces Competitive Group Ironman mode. This intensifies the challenge by completely excluding outside assistance and restricting access to several group-oriented activities. These restrictions include minigames such as Blast Furnace, Conquest, Deathmatch, Fishing Trawler, Fist of Guthix, The Great Orb Project, Heist, Pest Control, Soul Wars, Stealing Creation, and Trouble Brewing.
