Old School RuneScape's Royal Titans update brings a double boss battle! Face off against Brandr, the Fire Queen, and Eldric, the King of Frost, simultaneously in a thrilling three-way conflict. This challenging encounter, part of OSR's 12th-anniversary celebrations, requires strategic gear use to exploit elemental weaknesses.

Conquer these titans solo or in duos to earn powerful rewards, including the Twinflame Staff and the Giantsoul Amulet (offering instant teleportation to any giant boss). Additional loot includes Prayer Scrolls, Desiccated Pages, and a Fire & Ice giant pet.
