The Sims Marks 25th Anniversary with Free Items
Electronic Arts recently hosted an exciting livestream to gear up players for the 25th anniversary celebration of The Sims series. The event unveiled a plethora of gifts and events that The Sims 4 players can look forward to during these festive weeks.
The celebration preparations are already in full swing with the release of a new update that not only fixes numerous bugs but also introduces a sleek, redesigned main menu and enhances overall game optimization. EA has also given a fresh makeover to several classic houses in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. These updated versions will be instantly available when you start a new game, and for those playing with existing saves, you can access the revamped houses through the library.

The highlight of the celebration will commence on February 4, when The Sims 4 will be updated with over 70 new free items! On the same day, players can dive into the new in-game event called "Blast from the Past." By completing a series of straightforward missions, you'll have the chance to unlock nostalgic retro-style items and gather a brand-new set for your Sims.
Furthermore, starting February 6, The Sims 4 will launch a new season named Motherlode. While the details of what this season will entail are still a mystery, anticipation is building among the community for what EA has in store.
