在《星球大战：法外之徒》首个大型游戏上线后更新中，育碧新任创意总监Drew Rechner分享了提升游戏机制和玩家体验的计划，回应了玩家关于战斗、潜行和操控等关键领域的反馈。根据开发者的公告，他们“迄今为止最大规模的更新”将于11月21日与游戏登陆Steam平台和首个DLC一起发布。
开发者更新首先是Rechner向《法外之徒》社区表达了真挚的感谢，感谢玩家们的热情和支持，包括“你们创作的游戏相关粉丝艺术、评论和视频”。但除此之外，Rechner还在他作为创意总监的首封社区信中，承认了玩家宝贵的建设性反馈。“感谢你们与我们分享，并帮助我们使游戏变得更好，”他说。
