Stardew Valley developer Eric "ConcernedApe" Barone has given fans a firm commitment: all future updates and downloadable content (DLC) will remain free. This assurance follows a recent Twitter (now X) update regarding the progress of upcoming ports and PC updates.

Barone confirmed ongoing work on these projects, acknowledging the extended development time and assuring fans of his dedication. He stated he's working daily on the mobile port and will announce release dates as they become available.
