Stardew Valley Greenhouse: Plant Capacity Revealed
For seasoned *Stardew Valley* farmers, the Greenhouse is a pivotal asset in rejuvenating the family farm to its past glory. Here's a detailed look at how many plants the Greenhouse can accommodate in *Stardew Valley*.
What Is the Greenhouse in Stardew Valley?
The Greenhouse, located on your farm, becomes accessible by completing the Community Centre bundles or through the Joja Community Development Form. This structure is a game-changer, eliminating the seasonal crop limitations that you face outdoors. Once you've completed the six bundles in the pantry of the Community Centre, the Greenhouse magically restores overnight, ready for you to maximize its potential.

Within the Greenhouse, you can cultivate any plant from any season at any time, including fruit trees. This feature ensures a steady, year-round supply of high-value crops, especially those that offer multiple harvests. Unless you decide to remove these plants, they'll continue to be a reliable source of income.
The Greenhouse interior features space around its perimeter for trees, chests, and essential farming equipment like Seed Makers. The central area is laid out in a grid of 10 rows and 12 columns, ready for hoeing and planting. The number of plants you can grow here, however, depends on whether you choose to use Sprinklers.

How Many Plants Can the Greenhouse Hold in Stardew Valley?
Without Sprinklers, the Greenhouse's inner tiles can support up to 120 crops or plants, complemented by 18 fruit trees along the outer edges. Fruit trees, as always, don't require watering and will thrive as long as they're spaced two tiles apart.
Introducing Sprinklers changes the game by freeing up your time for other activities around Pelican Town. Depending on the type and placement of Sprinklers (which can also be positioned on the wooden border), here's what you'll need to cover the entire inner section:

- Sixteen Quality Sprinklers to cover all crops, occupying twelve inner tiles.
- Six Iridium Sprinklers to cover all crops, taking up four inner tiles.
- Four Iridium Sprinklers with Pressure Nozzles to cover all crops, using two inner tiles.
- Five Iridium Sprinklers with Pressure Nozzles to cover all crops, utilizing just one inner tile.
With smart planning and strategic use of the Greenhouse's space, you can consistently produce up to 120 crops throughout the year, significantly enhancing your farm's productivity.
And that's how many plants the Greenhouse can hold in *Stardew Valley*.
