The Remembrance path is already known to players through the Simulated Universe, where it excels at freezing enemies and controlling the battlefield. With Honkai: Star Rail's major 3.0 update, Remembrance also becomes available as a playable character path. While it primarily served a utility role in the Simulated Universe, as a playable path, Remembrance focuses on summoning field units, similar to Jing Yuan's Lightning Lord. These summoned units offer versatile utilities, whether dealing damage or providing support functions.

The latest iteration of the Trailblazer, now an Ice Remembrance character, primarily focuses on charging their summon, Mem. Mem enables allies to deal True DMG and stands out for its support capabilities, as it can advance a target ally's action turn and grant them additional Crit Rate and Crit DMG. This positions Trailblazer as a support-focused unit within this new path. However, since this is a fresh path, light cones perfectly suited to the Trailblazer's kit are initially limited.

Players should avoid prioritizing damage-oriented light cones like Sweat Now, Cry Less (4-star), Geniuses' Greetings (4-star), or Time Woven Into Gold (Aglaea's signature 5-star light cone), as these don't align with Trailblazer's supportive role. Instead, here are the best light cone options to consider and why they excel in Honkai: Star Rail.

The best light cone for Remembrance Trailblazer is fortunately completely F2P-friendly: Victory In a Blink, obtainable from the Light Cone Manifest Store in the Forgotten Hall. This accessibility allows players to easily acquire and max superimpose it, assuming they have enough currency. While increasing the Trailblazer's Crit DMG isn't particularly crucial for their support role, the light cone's secondary effect—boosting all allies' DMG dealt for three turns—is highly valuable and synergizes perfectly with Mem's support abilities.

Overall, Victory In a Blink stands out as both the most resource-efficient and effective choice for Remembrance Trailblazer among currently available light cones. However, for players unable to obtain it immediately, two other viable alternatives exist, though they perform slightly less effectively in comparison.

Shadowburn isn't a poor choice for Remembrance Trailblazer, as it can help speed up battles slightly. Its key advantage is recovering a skill point and generating Energy for Trailblazer when Mem is first summoned. This effect is particularly useful in shorter battles or content where efficiency matters, such as clearing within a limited number of turns. By accelerating energy gain, Shadowburn helps charge Mem faster, allowing players to use Mem's abilities more quickly.

However, the light cone's main drawback is that its effect only triggers when Mem is initially summoned. This limitation reduces its utility in longer battles or content lasting beyond 2–3 turns, making it less ideal for sustained encounters. In such scenarios, players may find other light cones more reliable and effective.

If players lack access to higher-tier light cones or want to boost the DMG of both Mem and Remembrance Trailblazer, Reminiscence as a 3-star light cone can be a viable option. While the previously mentioned 4-star and 5-star light cones focus on Basic ATK DMG or Crit Rate—neither of which significantly benefits Mem or Trailblazer—the DMG dealt increase from Reminiscence offers value for its low investment.

That said, reaching full stacks with Reminiscence can take up to four turns, as stacks for both the memosprite (Mem) and the wearer (Trailblazer) are calculated separately. This means its full potential only becomes apparent in longer battles. Unlike Shadowburn, which provides immediate but short-lived utility, Reminiscence offers a delayed benefit, making it better suited for sustained encounters than quick clears. For players without better alternatives, it can still provide a modest but worthwhile boost.
