This advice stems from a recent post by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) on prohibited items. As reported by Dexerto, the TSA's official Facebook account highlighted a replica figurine of the Monkey Bomb from Call of Duty's Zombies mode, which was discovered in a checked bag at Boston Logan International Airport.

The Monkey Bomb, also known as the Cymbal Monkey, has been featured in various Call of Duty games, ranging from World at War to Black Ops 6.
