Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide (Beta)

If you're diving into Arise Crossover and finding it a bit overwhelming, you're not alone. Many players reach the endgame feeling lost on how to progress, level up, or choose the right Shadows. This guide is here to help you navigate through the game with ease.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In Arise Crossover, each of the three islands hosts multiple recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The weakest unit, Soondoo, is available right from the start, while the strongest, Mifalcon, can be found on Brum Island at the game's climax.

What's crucial to understand is that the rank of a Shadow is more significant than its type. A Rank A Soondoo can outshine a Rank D Mifalcon. Higher-ranked units have a greater potential for leveling up; for instance, a Rank D unit tops out at Level 75, whereas an SS unit can reach Level 200. The ultimate goal for many players is to assemble a team of four SS-ranked Mifalcons, but the journey to get there is part of the adventure.

Dungeon Portals in Arise Crossover appear every 30 minutes and remain active for 15 minutes. Even if you enter just before a portal closes, you'll have the full duration to complete the dungeon.

These portals can spawn in various locations on each island with random difficulty ranks. Start by forming a team of Rank D units and tackling a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island. This approach will help you build a solid team and possibly snag a rare Shadow Unit. Dungeons are your go-to for recruiting both rare and higher-ranked common units.

Whenever a portal spawns, make your move. Even if your team isn't up to the task, position yourself at the portal and wait for a more experienced player to join. Many players can solo these dungeons and often don't mind helping others through them. Leveraging this community spirit is key to progressing and acquiring higher-ranking Shadows.

We once had a generous player guide us through a Rank A dungeon with our Rank C units, which allowed us to recruit Rank A units and advance to the endgame. Later, we paid it forward by helping players with Rank D units navigate a Rank S dungeon. We encourage you to do the same.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During the Beta phase of Arise Crossover, player weapons don't play a significant role. While they may offer a slight boost at the beginning, their impact diminishes by the time you reach the second island.

The Iron Kando Blade, the most powerful common weapon available, costs 60 million and deals 516.1K damage. Meanwhile, your Shadows can deal 200 to 400 million damage. Unless you're willing to spend extravagantly, it's wise to save your in-game currency until future updates enhance weapon utility.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, and only one player can attempt to claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to a new spawn, but there's no notification if someone else claims it or if it disappears.

Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller islands between them. Check the developer's map for exact spawn points.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and capturing attempts can fail. Flying mounts are the rarest, with a 10% spawn rate, while ground mounts are more common, and water mounts can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC.

To get a mount, watch for the server message and race to the six potential spawn locations. Mounts aren't essential for progression but can make traveling more convenient, especially flying mounts.

That's the comprehensive guide for now. We'll continue to update this as Arise Crossover evolves. In the meantime, don't forget to check out Arise Crossover codes for some free goodies to enhance your gameplay experience.
