Unlocking Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren: A Guide to Obtaining this Stunning World of Warcraft Mount

Obtaining the magnificent Stormcrow mount, Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, is a rewarding endeavor in World of Warcraft. Named after the Siren's Isle zone in the War Within expansion, this mount requires navigating a stormy event with multiple phases. Players must collect five Runekeys scattered across the island during these storms.

Acquiring the Five Runekeys:

• Whirling Runekey: This key drops from Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber only during a Storm.

• Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle during a Storm phase.

• Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from chests across Siren's Isle. These chests can be found regardless of the Storm phase.

• Cyclonic Runekey: This key is obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren's Isle during a Storm or as a possible drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

• Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

  • Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
  • Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost will be cowering).
  • Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).

The Final Ritual:

Once all five Runekeys are in your possession, return to the Forgotten Vault during the Seafury Tempest phase. Entering during any other phase will not initiate the ritual. Proceed to the eastern chamber of the Vault.

There, you'll find Thrayir on a platform surrounded by five runestones. Place each Runekey into its corresponding slot. This will trigger the quest, "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren." Complete the quest to claim your magnificent new mount!
