Leading the charge in Seattle is Agent Baker, a disciplined pragmatist whose sole mission is to eradicate vampires permanently. Known affectionately as "The Hen" by her loyal subordinates, Baker delves deep into strange occurrences and historical data to uncover the links to the clandestine vampire society. Her meticulous approach and unwavering authority make her a formidable adversary.

The IAB hunters are highly coordinated and maintain tight security around their base, making them a challenging foe to confront alone. They operate in well-synchronized teams, using spotlights and staying in constant communication through portable radios. In combat, they wield thermic batons that can bypass defensive maneuvers and deploy phosphorous grenades to flush enemies out of hiding.
