Wuthering Waves Version 2.0: A New Region and Console Launch!

Kuro Games' action-packed RPG, Wuthering Waves, continues to excite players with its recent 1.4 update, introducing the Somnoire: Illusive Realms mode and two new characters. But the excitement doesn't stop there! The biggest update yet, Version 2.0, is on the horizon, bringing with it a massive expansion.

Following a nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2024, Kuro Games announced Version 2.0's launch date: January 2nd! This update marks a significant milestone, as it brings Wuthering Waves to PlayStation 5 for the first time, expanding its reach to console players.

The game's captivating combat, rich setting, and compelling narrative have already won over many fans. Set on the planet Solaris-3, divided into six nations (Huanglong, New Federation, and Rinascita are currently known), the story is about to take a dramatic turn.

The current Huanglong storyline is nearing its conclusion. Version 2.0 will introduce Rinascita, a brand-new region, significantly expanding the game's world and narrative. Expect the next few updates to conclude the Huanglong arc in preparation for this exciting addition.
