Wuthering Waves' Dream Patrols offer engaging combat challenges. While most are straightforward, some, like "Knight in a Storm," pose a unique hurdle. This guide focuses on completing "Knight in a Storm" and securing all reward chests. The enemy itself is easily defeated, but achieving all challenge objectives requires understanding its mechanics.

Locating the "Knight in a Storm" Dream Patrol

This Dream Patrol is located in the Shores of Last Breath area within the Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City. The challenge is marked by a crossed swords icon on your map, visible after activating the region's Resonance Nexus. Teleporting to the nearby Tacet Field (Sonata set drop location for Carlotta) provides the quickest access. Note: This area is accessible only after completing the "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" quest.

Challenge Objectives

Defeating the Knight is simple. The real challenge lies in meeting these objectives:

• Maintain S-Rank Battle for 10+ seconds: Achieve this through perfect dodges, parries, and ability usage (including Intro/Outro skills).
• Perform 3 Interrupting Counterattacks: Parry the knight's attacks while its weapon is enhanced.
• Immobilize the enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Stun the knight using your character's ultimate ability (depleting the white bar beneath its health).

Countering the Enhanced Weapon

The knight enhances its weapon by summoning three swords, selecting one for enhancement. During this enhanced state, it performs aerial lunge attacks – the ideal time to counter. Successfully parry the knight's attack when the parry indicators overlap, then counter with your own attack. Repeat this three times to complete this objective.

Carlotta players can utilize jump attacks or rifle shots (during Resonance Liberation or when possessing Molded Crystal stacks) for effective parries.
