Before Starting Your Sensor:

Select your preferred device (phone or FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader) before sensor activation. Alarms and glucose readings are received on only one device at a time. [3]

To receive alerts and readings on your phone, initiate the sensor using the FreeStyle Libre 2 app. For the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader, start the sensor with the reader.

The app and reader don't share data. For complete data on a device, scan your sensor every 8 hours with that specific device. Consolidated data from all devices can be viewed on LibreView.com.
