Gameplay uses a standard 52-card deck plus a joker. Dealings vary depending on player count (13 cards for two players, 7 for three or four). The objective? Score over 500 points by forming sets (same rank) and runs (consecutive cards of the same suit) and laying them on the table. Jokers act as wild cards.

Each turn begins by drawing a card from the stockpile or discard pile (but you can't discard the same card you just drew). Players create melds (sets and runs) to score points based on card values (numbered cards are face value, JQK are 10, A is 15, and the joker takes the value of the card it replaces). Points are also awarded for laying off cards onto existing melds. The round ends when a player uses all their cards. Final scores are calculated by adding meld and layoff points, then subtracting the value of remaining un-melded cards.

The game progresses over multiple rounds, accumulating scores until a player reaches 500 or more points. Ties result in an additional round to determine the winner. Strategic card play and skillful meld-building are key to victory. You'll constantly adapt your hand to maximize your score.
