Apex Legends ALGS Year 4 Championships Heads to Sapporo, Japan!

Get ready Apex Legends fans! The ALGS Year 4 Championships are coming to Sapporo, Japan, marking the first-ever offline ALGS tournament in Asia. This exciting event will take place at the Daiwa House PREMIST DOME from January 29th to February 2nd, 2025. Forty elite teams will compete for the coveted championship title.

Previously held in locations across the US, UK, Sweden, and Germany, this Asian debut is a significant milestone for the ALGS. EA's announcement highlighted the strong Japanese Apex Legends community and the considerable fan demand for a local event. John Nelson, EA's senior director of Esports, expressed excitement about bringing the tournament to the iconic Daiwa House Premist Dome.

Specific tournament details and ticket information will be released at a later date. Sapporo Mayor Katsuhiro Akimoto welcomed the event, promising the city's full support for the athletes, officials, and fans.
