Citadelle Des Morts, introduced in Black Ops 6 Season 1 Reloaded, plunges players into a new chapter of the Zombies storyline. This mystical quest challenges players to find an amulet within a medieval castle's ruins, battling undead and other horrors while uncovering secrets within the map's main Easter Egg quest.
The Citadelle Des Morts Easter Egg presents a series of challenging puzzles, from attuning Points of Power to manipulating light beams to find a brooch. A particularly challenging step involves configuring the Summoning Circle Rings, crucial for obtaining the Balmung Elemental Sword.
How To Configure The Summoning Circle Rings on Citadelle Des Morts
Before configuring the Summoning Circle Rings to obtain the Balmung Elemental Sword, players must acquire two items: the Raven Bastard Sword (from the Raven Knight Statue in the Dining Hall by offering a Stamp) and an Antiquity (located in the Alchemical Lab). These locations are highlighted on-screen in Directed Mode.
After acquiring an Antiquity, activate the Summoning Circle in the Tavern Cellar (opposite the fast travel point to the Entrance Hall). Place the Antiquity and the Bastard Sword into the circle using the Interact button.
Now, configure the Summoning Circle Rings. One ring displays elemental symbols; the other shows Zodiac signs. Rotate the rings until the Zodiac and elemental symbols closest to the bottom arrow match those on the inserted Antiquity.
Five Antiquities mean five solutions. Here's a breakdown:
Once solved, lure shadow orbs into three portals in the Tavern. Return to the Tavern Cellar and interact with the Summoning Circle to claim Balmung.
