The initial ESO DLC, Imperial City (August 2015), introduced PvP zones and various locations. The annual Chapter release model began with Morrowind in 2017, though the structure has since evolved. The complete release order is as follows:

  1. Imperial City (August 2015) – PvP Zone, White Gold Tower, Imperial City Prison.
  2. Orsinium (November 2015) – Major zone expansion adding Wrothgar.
  3. Thieves Guild (March 2016) – New skill line, Hew’s Bane zone, and faction story.
  4. Dark Brotherhood (May 2016) – New skill line, Gold Coast zone, and faction story.
