Forgotten Memories, the chilling survival horror game, is back and better than ever with its remastered edition, now available on Android! Following its iOS debut last month, this updated version is finally available for Android users after a brief delay with Google Play.

The Story

In Forgotten Memories, you play as Rose Hawkins, a police detective investigating a perplexing case that takes a decidedly unsettling turn. Rose awakens in a mysterious, creepy location, where she encounters Noah, a mysterious woman whose secrets are as tangled as the case itself. Their alliance promises to unravel the mystery, but the true nature of their partnership remains shrouded in intrigue, awaiting your discovery.

What's New in the Remastered Edition?

This remastered edition delivers a classic '90s horror experience reminiscent of Silent Hill, but with significantly enhanced features. The fear factor has been amplified with high-resolution graphics, HDR lighting, and dynamic shadows. The audio has received a complete overhaul, featuring new voice acting and music.

Gameplay has also been refined, boasting improved combat, interactions, and a new checkpoint-based save system. A challenging "Insane" mode and additional achievements add replayability. Best of all, there are no in-app purchases.

The Android Delay

Psychose Interactive's initial submission to Google Play was initially rejected due to the remastered graphics. Google flagged the game's mannequins as too realistic, violating content guidelines. The developers addressed this by adjusting mannequin poses and adding clothing, ultimately resolving the issue and bringing the game to Android. A major December update with a Christmas theme and a new game mode is already planned.
