The Kings League utilizes a 7v7 format with 13-player squads. Team presidents select 10 players from a pool of 222 participants. Beyond recruitment, the "president penalty" rule allows Neymar to participate in matches.
Understanding the Kings League
Launched in Spain in 2022 by Gerard Piqué and streamer Ibai Llanos, the Kings League has expanded globally. The Brazilian edition, taking place in São Paulo from March to April, will feature prominent teams like Fluxo and Loud. The unique 2x20-minute matches incorporate elements like "double goal" bonuses and temporary player removals. The draft and presentation will be live-streamed on February 24th.
