While fishing may not drive the main storyline in the game, it offers a fun side activity with its own questline. Completing these tasks equips you with the tools needed to pursue this trophy.
Begin by advancing through Kanya’s fishing questline. Complete the following side quests by collecting the required items:
- Seeking the Goldenfish: Locate the Goldenfish in cave water pools, such as in Area 6 of the Scarlet Forest. Use Golden Bughead or Common Wood Minnow bait. Fallow weather boosts spawn chances.
- Fishing for Favor: Catch the Gravid Bowfin at the Scarlet Forest base camp during Plenty weather. Equip the Emerald Jitterbait and cast into the water.
- The Catch of a Lifetime!: Kanya tasks you with catching a large fish requiring the reeling minigame. Target a Tuna in the lake at Area 17 of the Scarlet Forest. Hook and reel with patience.
