Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Launches, Concluding the Penacony Chapter

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," has arrived, bringing the Penacony chapter to a close. This update introduces new characters, events, and features before the Astral Express journeys to Amphoreus, the Eternal Land.

This significant update features two new 5-star characters:

• Sunday: A 5-star Imaginary character specializing in team synergy. His abilities boost ally damage and summon damage, with his ultimate providing regeneration and further damage amplification.
• Fugue: A reimagined 5-star Fire version of Tingyun. Masterful at shattering enemy defenses, Fugue weakens opponents regardless of vulnerabilities and increases the Break Effect damage of teammates.

The limited Warp event also returns fan favorites Jing Yuan and Firefly. Version 2.7 also adds new in-game features, including a relaxing Party Car and customizable Trailblazer quarters accessible through the Cosmic Home Décor Guide event. Future updates, including Version 3.0, promise further enhancements. These include Relic system refinements for improved stat control, the continuation of the Path of Remembrance storyline, and new content such as memosprites.
