• Locate the quest within Breezy Meadow.

Specifically, the quest is situated in Breezy Meadow, south of Florawish. Travel to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire, near the eastern coast. From there, proceed to the location indicated on the in-game map. You'll find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, facing the water. Initiate the quest by speaking with her.

After speaking with Viliak, she'll explain the challenge and her difficulty in completing it. The solution is straightforward once you locate the correct items and position.

Proceed to the eastern side of the Meadow Wharf and follow these steps:

• Go to the small dock east of the Meadow Wharf.
• Board the boat directly in front of you.
• Face west towards the dock.
• Open your camera; you should see a Fish Hook and a Fish on a Cloth.
• Align the hook precisely at the fish's mouth.
• Take the picture and return to Viliak.

When speaking with Viliak, select the correct photo from your album. Upon acceptance, you'll receive:
