Where to Find Lord Semine’s Sword in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)
In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Lord Semine and Agnes's wedding faces a snag: the groom's ceremonial sword has vanished. Your mission: recover it.
Finding the Missing Sword
Radovan reveals the missing sword, a creation from the Hermit's Sword. He recounts seeing a man in yellow acting suspiciously. This leads you to search for yellow-clad individuals.
Several individuals deny involvement, but one directs you to the stable's upper level. There, you find Hans, romantically involved, but innocent of the theft. However, Hans witnessed Svatya, the bailiff's son (and the bride's brother), taking the sword. While Hans can't pinpoint the sword's current location, he confirms Svatya's actions.
Confronting Svatya
Locate Svatya near the musicians playing for the wedding guests. He's easily identified by the sword in his possession. Svatya confesses to stealing the sword to embarrass Old Semine, believing the act would highlight Old Semine's perceived senility. He reveals he tossed the sword into a nearby pond.
Retrieving the Sword
The pond is accessible via a door behind Radovan. Upon reaching the pond's edge, the sword is visible in the water. Retrieve it.
Returning the Sword
Return the sword to Radovan. You can either reveal Svatya's guilt or downplay the theft. Once the sword is returned, and any time-sensitive tasks are completed, the wedding commences. Congratulate the couple to progress the main quest.
