Marvel Contest of Champions unleashes a terrifying Halloween update, adding new characters and challenges to celebrate its 10th anniversary. This spooky season brings a thrilling addition to The Battlerealm.

A Halloween Event to Die For

The update introduces Scream and Jack O’ Lantern as playable champions. Scream, the symbiote with a vendetta, and Jack O’ Lantern, with his sinister ability to transform victims, promise a chilling experience within the House of Horrors event. Players join Jessica Jones to solve a dark mystery leading to a nightmarish carnival.

Jack’s Bounty-full Hunt, a gladiator-style side quest, offers weekly challenges with branching paths. This event runs from October 9th to November 6th.

10 Years of Battlerealm: A Decade of Celebration

This Halloween event coincides with Marvel Contest of Champions' 10th anniversary. Kabam celebrates a decade of action with ten major reveals, starting with Medusa and Purgatory reworks.

The Deadpool's Ultimate Multiplayer Bonanza introduces an Alliance Super Season with collaborative bounty missions. Venom-themed content, including the Venom: Last Dance event (October 21st – November 15th), is also part of the anniversary festivities. Anniversary Battlegrounds Season 22 is live until October 30th, featuring new mechanics focused on buffs and critical hits.

60 FPS Update on the Horizon

A significant update boosting gameplay to 60 FPS is scheduled for November 4th, providing smoother, more fluid combat. Currently, the game is capped at 30 FPS.
