Metaphor Manga Drops Debut Chapter
The first chapter of the Metaphor: ReFantazio manga adaptation is now available! This free-to-read chapter, available on MANGA Plus, offers a fresh perspective on the popular RPG.
A New Take on Will's Journey
Atlus and Shueisha have collaborated to bring this manga to life, with illustrations by Yōichi Amano (known for Akaboshi: Ibun Suikoden and Stealth Symphony). While based on the video game, the manga takes creative liberties, altering the initial storyline. The opening sequence differs significantly, with the removal of certain areas and the introduction of new events. Character interactions and the protagonist's encounters with allies are also restructured. Notably, the manga officially confirms the protagonist's name as Will, aligning with the game's default name.
The next chapter is scheduled for release on February 19th, simultaneously with the Japanese version.
